Petra Weiser – an awesome human being
DICKLESS. NOT WORTH LESS.
Don’t be afraid, offended, or intimidated by my brand. It was created to remind those -who treat women as less- that a lack of a penis does not determine one’s worth. Women may be dickless, but they are not worth less (nor worthless). After twenty-five years in corporate America, I was so fed-up with the inequality issue, that I decided to take ownership of that negative label. DICKLESS stands for LESS pay, LESS rights, and LESS opportunities. If it makes you uncomfortable, then it has done its purpose. Yet, you should only be uncomfortable with your inner insecurities (and possibly past behaviors) and not with the term DICKLESS itself. I didn’t create that word. I’m just throwing it back in your face to remind you how the world has defined women as such.
Men need to acknowledge the DICKLESS as equals. And women need to stop taking LESS; settling only devalues every woman’s worth and makes the continuous oppression of women an acceptable behavior. I say, “Let’s own DICKLESS.” And let’s use it to start a conversation.

About me
Hey, I’m Petra. I’m an average woman. Which means that I have struggled jumping over all the hurdles-just like every woman-put up by men and society in order to simply live my life. And yet, despite the extra effort, where do women stand today on the scales of equality? I would say…still at the bottom. So, what did I do about it? Click below to find out.

Seriously. I would love to hear from anyone who believes that human rights should not be assigned unevenly based on gender, race, color, religion, sexual preference, etc.
While my focus is on women, it just represents one section of humanity impacted by greed, hate, fear, and ignorance. Advocating for women’s issues will advance human rights everywhere.
